Daniel Salazar is an accomplished economist, professor, investment banker, and trusted advisor to individuals and companies throughout Latin America. A native of Colombia, he began his career over forty years ago. He oversaw liquidations, mergers, and acquisitions as a senior analyst at the Central Bank of Colombia for over a decade.
Daniel subsequently held various roles with the Colombian government at the United Nations and their global embassies. He continued his career as a financial structurer and investment banker in the energy, infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas sectors.
Daniel has also represented multiple global companies in the insurance, wealth management, and fintech industries. His financial acumen has allowed him to span numerous industries, including the family construction and management of multiple commercial real estate buildings and shopping centers throughout Colombia.
Daniel will be counted on for the local growth and servicing of Legacy Wealth Management and its Latin American clients.
